Chua Chun Leng

"Music is the serenity of the heart, melody of the soul, and symphony of life." Born and raised in Singapore, Chun Leng has an innate passion for music. He believes that mastering an instrument goes beyond technique; it is about creating timeless, heartfelt beats with earnest devotion.

"For me, playing a wrong beat is trivial, but playing without passion is unforgivable."

Performance & Recognition

A veteran of the local music scene, Chun Leng has held rhythm for numerous bands and venues:

• Resident Percussionist: J Bar with Donnie Chan & Vanessa Voon (2017-2018).
• Live House Circuit: Drummer for Ace Jack (A_livehouse) and Relax Bros (Relax Bar).
• Industry Feature: Selected for the "Shed!" sharing session alongside Billy and Bom.
• Distinguished Award: Recipient of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce award at the SAF Day Celebration.

A Heart for Teaching

Chun Leng's dedication extends beyond the stage. He was featured on Channel 5 and Channel News Asia (CNA) for his inspiring work teaching Nurul, a visually impaired student, to play the drums. As the founder of King George's Music Academy (est. 2015), he meticulously curates the drumming syllabus.
